This update introduces live match commentary to the Match Centre, with the clock ticking through each match and key moments revealed phase by phase. Match simulation now separates shots from shots on target, allowing clearer attacking stats and more detailed commentary outcomes. The Match Centre also now uses consistent team colour coding, with the player's team highlighted in blue and the opposition in purple across commentary, scorelines and stats. Skip Match and Sim Entire Season behaviour has also been improved for a smoother matchday flow.
Eleven DNA reaches its first major alpha milestone. This update brings the full stadium-inspired visual identity together with glassmorphism panels, improved match centre presentation, match stats, event popups, a redesigned Season Review flow, refreshed home screen styling, improved buttons, a branded social share card and favicon support.
Added formation selection with visual pitch-based formation cards, draft re-rolls, improved draft card presentation with position-based colouring, football-themed card styling and animated card reveals. Player hover cards now match the draft card design and display position-specific colours. Enhanced the drafting experience with improved trait presentation, tactical-board inspired visuals, and support for draft sound effects.
Added Formation Selection with visual pitch layouts, including 4-3-3, 5-3-2, 5-2-3, 4-2-4 and 3-3-4. Team Profile now updates when previewing formations, allowing managers to compare tactical approaches before drafting. Team naming has been moved to a dedicated pre-season screen with a random name generator, creating a smoother squad-building experience.
Major match engine update: Team Profile now reflects the actual match engine stats, tactics now visibly change your team profile, and new Approach options let you play Defensive, Balanced or Attacking. Pressing now affects chance volume and chance share, mentality now matters more under pressure and late in matches, and stamina/mentality can now create new season identity badges such as Late Show, Relentless Runners, Clutch Mentality and Running On Empty.
Added a new chance-balancing system where team traits now influence both the total number of chances in a match and each team's share of those chances. Stamina now matters late in games, with high-energy teams finishing stronger. Also began work on the real player database and multi-position player support.
Added Hall of Fame records, a faster Sim Entire Season testing button, improved Team Profile ratings, draft pick rating changes, mixed trait colouring, and balanced default tactics.
